Easy Keto Chili

This low carb chili is so easy and comforting!


There’s nothing like a hot bowl of delicious chili on a cold day! Top it with low carb ingredients like cheese, sour cream and avocado to make it extra savory.

Chili, coffee and wine! I only need those 3 things to get me through the winter. 🙂

You can, of course, modify this recipe to your own liking, but this is the perfect base. If you like your chili spicy I would add in a few jalapeños or cayenne pepper.

Low Carb Chili (7 Easy Keto Soup Recipes)

Just a handful of simple ingredients makes this easy and keto-friendly chili! No flavor missing here. {5g net carbs, 348 calories, 28g fat, 14g protein}

Servings: 6
  • 1+ lbs ground beef
  • 1 (8oz) can tomato paste
  • 1 large tomato (chopped)
  • 1 large red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1/2 large onion (chopped)
  • 2 sticks of celery (chopped)
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
  1. Brown the meat in a frying pan until half way done (season with salt, pepper and garlic powder).

  2. Add the chopped onions and bell pepper to the pan and continue to cook until the meat is done.

  3. In a large pot, combine the cooked meat, tomato paste, water, onion, bell pepper, celery, tomato and spices.

  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, and then lower the heat to a simmer for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally. 

  5. Serve topped with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, jalapeño or anything else you'd like!
