  • 1 head of cauliflower 
  • 1 (24oz) jar marinara 
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, & Italian seasoning 
  • Pizza toppings of choice

Ingredients
  • 1 large head of cauliflower (cut into small florets)

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Place the cauliflower in a 9x13 baking dish and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  3. Arrange the cauliflower into a single layer on the bottom of your dish; bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cauliflower starts to turn slightly brown.

  4. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and evenly spoon the marinara sauce over top. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and Italian seasoning.

  5. Top with pepperoni and any other optional toppings of your choice.

  6. Place the casserole back into the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.
