An Easy Keto & Low Carb Breakfast Recipe
These Keto chaffles are sweet and delicious! They’re my new favorite low carb breakfast recipe, and they’re made with just 4 simple ingredients. If you don’t already have cake batter flavor (you can find it at Walmart), you’ve got to try this amazing extract to improve your keto waffles.
Sugar-free vanilla pudding mix is also the key ingredient to getting the best flavor and texture for these breakfast waffles. It’s kinda bizarre because they puff up quite a bit in your mini waffle maker, but then shrink a little once you take them out. I think this has to do with the pudding mix because this isn’t the case with classic chaffle recipes.

How To Make The Best Keto Chaffles
Simply mix all of the ingredients together and then pour half of the chaffle batter into a greased mini waffle maker. Cook until the automatic timer or light goes off and then repeat for the next waffle. Top with sugar free syrup and whipped cream. Yum!

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp sugar-free vanilla pudding mix (dry)
- 1/4 tsp cake batter flavor
Instructions
- Preheat your mini waffle maker and mix everything together in a small bowl.
- Grease the waffle maker with a non-stick spray and pour half of the batter in. Cook until the automatic timer or light goes off; repeat for next chaffle.
- Serve with sugar free syrup. Enjoy!
