You’re simply going to microwave it according to the package instructions, and then sauté the cooked cauliflower rice for a few minutes with butter, minced garlic, and parmesan. It takes less than 10 minutes to whip up and your entire family will love it!

This warm and cheesy cauliflower rice pairs really well with just about any meal including bbq, chicken, steak, or seafood. I even make it to eat alone as a last minute vegetarian lunch or dinner idea. 

I always have frozen cauliflower rice on hand, so I make this recipe often to go with rotisserie chicken on busy weeknights.

Keto Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower Rice (Quick & Easy)

This keto friendly side dish is so darn yummy, yet super quick and easy to make on busy weeknights. It pairs wonderfullly with bbq, chicken, steak or seafood. My entire family loves it!

Ingredients
  • 1 (10oz) bag frozen cauliflower rice
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic (heaping)
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan
  • salt & black pepper to taste
  • red pepper flakes for garnish (optional)
Instructions
  1. Microwave the cauliflower rice according to the package instructions, only shave off about 1 minute of cook time.

  2. In a medium skillet, melt the butter and saute the minced garlic for about 1 minute over medium heat.

  3. Add the mostly cooked cauliflower rice to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring regularly.

  4. Add the parmesan cheese and mix well. Do a taste test and add salt & pepper as desired.

  5. Garnish with crushed red pepper and enjoy!
