Cranberry Orange Mimosas

Whoever decided that Mimosas were a breakfast drink is probably my best friend. Sometimes I even like to make a mimosa without the juice. If you’re anything like me, then you are going to love this delicious way to sip on champagne over the holidays. Trust me, cranberry and orange are the perfect marriage for Christmas morning (topped with lots of champagne, that is).

A socially acceptable way to start partying at breakfast.

This easy 3 Ingredient mimosa recipe is perfect for the holidays (Christmas morning!!) or even a mimosa bar party! It's made with just champagne, cranberry juice and orange juice. Simple idea! Instrupix.com

Easy Cranberry Orange Mimosa Recipe

This easy holiday cocktail is perfect for Christmas morning brunch.

Ingredients
  • 2 ounces 100% cranberry juice
  • 1 ounce orange juice
  • 3 ounces champagne or prosecco
Instructions
  1. Fill a champagne flute with the cranberry and orange juice, and then top with sparkling wine. Feel free to adjust the ratios to your own liking. Sometimes I like just a small splash of juice and mostly wine. Hehe.

  2. Garnish with small orange slices and fresh or frozen cranberries (the frozen cranberries keep your drink colder for longer).

Recipe Notes

I prefer 100% cranberry juice because it's less sweet, but you can use the cranberry cocktail juice blend if you'd prefer.Β

This blog is full of completely random stuff that I want to share with the world. I have fun creating what I call "Instructional Pictures" about food, tips, life and more, and that's how I came up with the oh-so brilliant name "instrupix". :)
