Super Quick & Easy 3 Ingredient Moist Pumpkin Bread Recipe (with chocolate chips, of course!)
Easy recipes with just a handful of ingredients are like gold to me. I really do love to cook and bake, but that doesn’t mean I enjoy spending hours in the kitchen…. It’s really the eating part that I love so much! Especially when it involves chocolate or pumpkin spice.
I’m not sure if you have ever made “bread” out of a cake mix box, but it’s like magic. The cake mix box obviously has more than one ingredient, but it makes everything just so darn easy. In fact, you can use any cake mix flavor that you would like and then simply choose a wet ingredient to mix it with like pumpkin puree, pie filling, apple sauce or even soda! This pumpkin bread is my favorite, but then again, I do have an obsession with all things Fall.

This quick and easy moist pumpkin bread is made with just 3 ingredients! It's so simple, you won't believe how tasty it is. Throw in some chocolate chips and you've got heaven. Thanks to a box of spice cake mix, you don't need any skills to make this delicous fall treat.
- 1 box spice cake mix (I used Betty Crocker)
- 1 (14 ounce) can 100% pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 1-2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, and grease or line a bread pan.
In a large bowl, mix together the entire box of spice cake mix and the pumpkin puree until well incorporated.
Fold in one or more cups of chocolate chips to the batter, and then pour it into your greased pan. Top with more chocolate chips, and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
