If you have ever been to Disneyland, then you probably know the joy that comes from a delicious pineapple dole whip. It tastes like the best thing in the world after you’ve been walking around all day in the heat. It’s so creamy and dreamy! I suppose it really is the place where dreams come true.
There are several recipes floating around on how to recreate this magical treat, but this one is my favorite, partially because it’s super easy, but you really can’t go wrong with it either!
This sweet summer dessert recipe is super simple and really tasty. Kids and adults love it!
This 3 ingredient dessert is made with just a few simple ingredients including frozen pineapple, vanilla ice cream and pineapple juice. It’s basically a pineapple frosty!
Just like Disney! This cold creamy dessert is so quick and easy to make, and perfect for summer by the pool. My kids love this sweet treat, and it makes me feel good that there's at least some healthy fruit in there, too.
- 2 large cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
Blend all of the ingredients in a good quality blender or food processor, starting on low and slowly increasing the speed (start with just half of the pineapple juice and add more as you need it).
Enjoy immediately! You can also store it in the freezer for later, but let it thaw on the counter for 20 minutes before eating.
Don’t forget to pin and save this sweet treat for later! 🙂
