Ingredients
1(1lb) box thin spaghetti noodles
1poundground beef
1/4cupwater
1packettaco seasoning
1(15oz)can chili beans(undrained)
1(15oz)can tomato sauce
16 ouncesVelveeta cheese(cubed)
1cupshredded cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
In a large pot, cook the pasta according to the package directions.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, brown the beef on medium heat until no longer pink. Add the taco seasoning and water; mix well.
Add the undrained beans, tomato sauce, and cubed Velveeta cheese to the skillet. Stir and let simmer until the Velveeta melts.
Add the creamy beef and bean mixture to your drained pot of spaghetti noodles and mix until well combined.
Dump the spaghetti mixture into your greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.
Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
Notes
Use any kind of shredded cheese that you would like: cheddar, colby jack, or a Mexican blend.
Garnish with sour cream, diced tomatoes, chopped green onion, avocado, cilantro, jalapeño, hot sauce, or anything else you'd like!
