3 Ingredient Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins (Quick & Easy!)

This Fall recipe is a family favorite! Not just because it's super easy, but we love the flavor and texture of these simple muffins. Spread a little cream cheese on top, and they're even better!

  • 1 box spice cake mix
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 1-2 cups chocolate chips


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, and grease a muffin pan or line it with muffin liners. 

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the spice cake mix and pumpkin puree until well blended. The batter will be very thick!

  3. Fold in one or more cups of chocolate chips to the batter. 

  4. Evenly distribute the batter into your muffin pan (each cup should be about 3/4 full). Add more chocolate chips on top if you would like. Why not, right?

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean (if you are making mini muffins, you will probably need to cut the baking time in half).
